Ironically lot of times management are inexperienced with what goes on inside the plant. However, owner Sun Kim is experienced with all aspects of dry cleaning business. He is skilled in pressing, tailoring, even technical issues with plant machinery, and especially with stain removal skills that he honed throughout the years as master drycleaner.
